Our Corporate Responsibilities

We act according to the same principles we advice our clients to adopt. We do this, because it is profitable and the right thing to do.

  • We continuously refine our CSR approaches and solutions to promote sustainable development based on the Triple Bottom Line: people, planet and profit.
  • We recognise the importance of complying with all basic human rights and wherever possible, we promote these.
  • We endeavour to minimise our environmental impact and where possible, we work on leaving a positive environmental footprint
  • We apply a zero tolerance policy in relation to corruption, while seeking to enhance our positive economic impact on society

Our internal focus on sustainable development

Our competence and ability to provide quality services depend on knowledge. Knowledge is based on the right to education, which in turn provides a framework to guide us in our contributions to sustainable social development. This is why we focus on creating a working environment that enables all of our employees to develop the highest competencies in relation to CSR.

We recognise the importance of diversity when maintaining and developing an innovative business. In addition, we strive to provide excellent working conditions to nurture creativity and productivity - and to maintain our employees and attract new talents.

Our external contributions to sustainable development

Our biggest contribution to sustainable development is linked to our core business when advising our clients on CSR. Since 1996, we have worked out sustainable and profitable solutions in cooperation with our clients. In an effort to contribute further to sustainable development, we share our knowledge by actively working for organisations and initiatives that are key to sustainable social development, for example: the Danish Government Centre for CSR, UN Global Compact, the Global Business Initiative on Human rights, the Institute for Business & Human Rights, the Business & Human Rights Resource Centre, the Danish Centre for International Studies and Human Rights, the International Commission of Jurists etc.

We recognise the value of strong relationships and seek continuously to bring best practice and thereby value to our extensive network all over the world.
